Kristen Stewart is "killed" by some of her performances.

The 20-year-old actress - best known for her performance as Bella Swan in the 'Twilight' movie series - often watches back her performance and cringes because of the "little things" she does many other people may not notice.

She said: "I could sit here and bring up little things that I wish I didn't do, little things that kill me, stuff that maybe other people don't see but stuff that is very apparent to me."

Discussing her new role as a young stripper in new independent movie 'Welcome to the Rileys', Kristen believes she was hired because she shared "personality aspects" with her character, although their lives are very different.

She told MTV News: "We did share a few personality aspects. I think that's maybe why I was hired. It was a stretch, because obviously I live nothing like she lives, but it's always really hard to say why you've progressed as an actor. I feel like I've gotten better with every movie."

Kristen will next star in travel movie 'On the Road' alongside Amy Adams, Kirsten Dunst and Viggo Mortensen.
