Jonah Hill to make directing debut
Jonah Hill is set to make his directing debut.
The comedy actor is in talks with Sony Pictures to helm 'The Kitchen Sink', which tells the story of a teenage vampire, a zombie, and a human who team up to defend their town from invading aliens.
The film will be based on a script by Oren Uziel while Matt Tolmach will produce.
Last year, Jonah - best known for his performances in 'Superbad' and 'Get him to the Greek' - revealed he was glad to have a serious role in 'Cyrus' as it was the first project he undertook where he had to "shake off" the character at the end of the day. He said: "Yeah it's definitely more of a dramatic stretch for me. It was the first time ever it was difficult for me to go home at the end of the day and shake off what I was doing earlier in the day and just hang with my friends or my girlfriend and be normal after playing such a severely affected guy."
This year, Jonah has a number of projects set for release including 'Moneyball' and 'The Sitter'.
