Based on a true story, this romantic drama film follows a young soldier (Austin Stowell) in Vietnam who gets dumped by his girlfriend, only to go AWOL with his best friend (Liam Hemsworth) as the two secretly venture back to the States in an attempt to win her back. Once there, they encounter not only his ex but her beautiful anti-war activist friend (played by Teresa Palmer) as well.
