Simon Aboud makes his directorial debut with this darkly comic thriller involving a romance set within a heist. Aboud also wrote the film, which stars Craig Roberts, Imogen Poots, Kevin McKidd & Timothy Spall. Sam Smith (Roberts) is a bright, ambitious and handsome bellboy working at a five star hotel. On what seems like an ordinary day, he finds himself caught up in a life-or-death hostage situation with a beautiful woman named Mary (Poots) and her belligerent elderly boss Charlie (Spall) after he sets out to run an errand at one of the city's most exclusive jewelers. Against the backdrop of an armed robbery which goes horribly wrong, hostages Sam and Mary, brought together by deadly circumstance, discover their true feelings for one another.
