The 'Avatar' beauty plays assassin Cataleya in the Luc Besson-directed action adventure film, and she admits she was desperate to work on such a project with the 'Fifth Element' filmmaker before she dies.
She said: "This one came in the Luc Besson package. If there's anything that I've always said about myself is that that to me it's much more important for me to get to work with filmmakers that I've grown up loving and admiring - Luc Besson is definitely one of the names that was in my bucket list. "Especially for the iconic femme fatale characters that he's created."
The 33-year-old actress has previously confessed she is "proud" of the bruises she gained on the movie as it proved how hard she was prepared to work on it.
She said: "I had this really nice dress on and I was full of bruises on my legs and arms.
"I'm talking about huge black and blue lumps all over my body. My family was mortified, but I take great pride in these bruises. I'm not a masochist but I work really hard and these were proof of the blood, sweat and tears I poured into this role."
